About This Site

Hello There!

Thanks for checking out my blog-site.

This site was first developed keeping my friends and family in mind, specially those who live outside Bangladesh and hence do not have easy access to the printed version of The Daily Star.

But now, it serves as a common platform for anyone and everyone who would be interested in me or my writings.

In addition to that, this site gives me an opportunity to chronologically list all my articles for Star Campus (and The Daily Star in general), keeping track of which, can otherwise become a bit hectic :)

Here, you’ll find all my recent articles(and yes, the old ones too!!!) with full text, pictures and links to the original webpages in The Daily Star website.

Construction work has fully ended now and all my articles (since August 2006) have now been uploaded.

Thanks again for visiting this site.

Be sure to ‘Bookmark’ : http://mahdinmahboob.wordpress.com/ on your browser.

Alternatively, you can subscribe to new posts on this site via email, which means, once you sign-up for the email subscription, you’ll get the article in your email inbox every time there is a new post here.

Comments & feedback will be highly appreciated.

Nice blog! Have you considered, taking up a project to write about a book/manual that makes taking up research by student in Bangladesh easy? You have rapport to all the people you need. You would simply need to compile all the tips. Not to mention, you are in an unique place to accomplish this task.

Thanks for your comment and suggestion.
No, I haven’t thought on that line, but now that you’ve told me about it, I am seriously giving it some thought. The conditions of R&D in our country has room for improvement and I believe the university students of today, the leaders and decision makers of tomorrow, can play an active part in it.
    Thanks again for your suggestion!
